Robinder has extensive clinical and research experience over the last decade after finishing medical school gaining work experience in five countries and over twenty different hospitals including NIH, John’s Hopkins Hospital, Wayne State University, University of Rochester, Mayo Clinic, Oxford-Radcliffe Hospital UK, Queens Medical Center UK, Christian Medical College and Dame Edith Brown Memorial Hospital, India and many more hospital locations.
Robin was awarded the ‘Young Investigator Award’ by the American Society of Bone and Mineral Research in 2012 annual meeting for his basic science bench research at the Center for Musculoskeletal Research in Rochester, New York, studying the effects of PTH on femoral allograft healing and angiogenesis. He is the first author on an original research article in the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research, he has also authored review articles, book chapters and has coauthored several other peer-reviewed publications. He completed his residency at Wayne State University and Rheumatology Fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. During his fellowship, he worked with Dr. Mike Ward on clinical outcomes research studies, with special focus on rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.
Douglas Haselwood has been in practice for the last 30 yrs in the greater Sacramento area. He is semi retired and enjoys his time traveling between Sacramento and Texas enjoying his grand kids. He is currently not accepting any new patients.
Stacey Cloyd started with Sierra Rheumatology in 2018. She is a Certified Medical Assistant with over 15 years of experience in various areas. She brings with her 15 years of experience from Mercy Healthcare. Stacey is passionate about patients and her work. She believes that every patient deserves to be treated with respect, and treats them as if they were her own family. She has three daughters of whom she loves and admires dearly.
Michelle started with Sierra Rheumatology in 2017. She is a Certified Medical Assistant who works diligently on New Patient referrals in addition to managing all prior authorizations for biologic medications. Michelle is bilingual in Spanish and English. She has two kids that she is passionate about and believes that everyone should be treated equally.
Janette has been a nurse for 45 years and recently retired from Sutter Roseville ED after working there for 28 years. Janette enjoys taking walks, playing golf, visiting her grandchildren and Bible study. She is happy to be working in this office with Dr. Dhillon and all the staff to care for you.
She is our research coordinator. She has 18 years of experience in Clinical Research.
